Consent & Liability Waiver

1. Acknowledgement of Participation: I hereby agree to participate in the JPF Play Connect 2025 Sports Event, organized by the JPF Community Group, of my own free will.

2. Allocation Acknowledgement: I acknowledge that my preferred sport and time slot will be taken into account, but final assignments may vary based on team requirements.

3. Assumption of Risk: I declare that to the best of my knowledge I am physically fit to take part in the activities. I accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to me or my belongings during or as a result of my participation.

4. Liability Waiver: I waive any claim against the organizers, sponsors or venue for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except where caused by gross negligence. I confirm I have appropriate insurance cover or accept financial responsibility for medical treatment.

5. Code of Conduct: I agree to follow all tournament rules, respect match officials, and accept the organizers’ decisions. I understand that breach of rules may result in temporary suspension or disqualification without refund.

6. Photography & Media Release: I grant permission for photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event to be used by JPF Community Group for publicity, promotions, or social media without any compensation.

7. Refund Policy: I understand that once my registration and payment are completed, no refund, cancellation, or transfer will be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to injury, absence, or event schedule change.
